For guests
Where are my photos?
We text your personal gallery link to the number you entered when you scanned the code. Lost the text? Scan any code at the event and enter the same phone number — your number is your key, and it always opens the same gallery.
Why do my photos have a watermark?
The previews are free to view and share with the photographer's mark on them. Buying a photo unlocks the full-resolution, watermark-free original — some events are sponsored, and every photo is free and clean from the start.
How do I get the clean, full-quality photo?
Tap the photo in your gallery and use the unlock button. After checkout the watermark disappears instantly and the download button serves the full-resolution file.
What is selfie search?
At events that offer it, you can upload one clear selfie and we'll suggest photos you may appear in — you review the suggestions and choose which are yours. It is strictly opt-in, used only for that event, and covered by our biometric policy. You can delete your selfie and face data at any time from your gallery.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message. We only ever text you your gallery link and photo updates.
A photo of me is in someone else's gallery — or one in mine isn't me.
Tell the photographer at the event or reply to your text — photos can be removed or re-routed on the spot.
For photographers & event companies
What cameras work?
Any camera that can send JPEGs over FTP — most modern Sony, Canon, and Nikon bodies do this natively over Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot. No laptop is needed at the event: the camera sends straight to the cloud receiver, and photos reach guests' phones in about a minute.
Do guests need an app?
Never. Guests scan a QR code (or tap an NFC card), enter their name and number once, and everything else happens over text and the mobile web.
Can this run under my brand?
Yes — that is the licensing model. Your logo, colors, watermark, social links, and your own texting number. Your guests see your business, and your leads land in your CRM.
Who owns the guest data?
You do, for your events. Guest contact details and photos belong to the event's photography company; the platform processes them on your behalf.
How many cameras can one event use?
Multiple — each camera gets its own FTP login and can be assigned per event. Ask about multi-shooter workflows when you onboard.
I shoot RAW+JPEG and edit later — how do edited photos reach the right guest?
Automatically, by filename. In your console's Editing kit you can download a delivery manifest (which guest got which file) plus a small script that sorts a folder of RAW+JPEG into a folder per guest — no matching by hand, because the RAW shares its name with the JPEG the platform already delivered. Edit, export your finals keeping the original filenames, and re-upload them with Upload photos. A matching filename replaces the original in place and redelivers to the same guest(s); anyone who requested that edit gets a text.
How do I become a licensee?
Contact Jon Jason — onboarding takes about a day, including your branding, your first event, and a training call.
